Suet is the firm fat found around the kidneys, prized for rendering into rich, versatile beef tallow. Once rendered, it’s perfect for roasting vegetables, frying potatoes, searing meats, or making flaky pastries. Tallow can also be used to create homemade soaps, balms, candles, and more! Approximately 5 lbs of raw suet (not rendered tallow). *Weight is not exact. Nominal variation is normal.
