Akaushi Wagyu Short Ribs are known for their rich, beefy flavor and tender texture when slow-cooked. Taken from the chuck area, or the section between the chuck and the rib, they are prized for their marbling and connective tissue, which, when cooked long and slow, render into a succulent, melt-in-your-mouth texture. *Steak weights are not exact. Nominal variation is normal.
