Akaushi Wagyu Inner skirt is a lean, flavorful cut of beef taken from the lower abdominal area (flank) of the cow, just behind the plate and in front of the rear quarter. Excellent for grilling or slicing into fajita. *Steak weights are not exact. Nominal variation is normal.
