Our Hand-Crafted Butcher Box (1/4 Beef Box) is a pre-selected assortment of high-quality beef cuts that represent approximately one-quarter of a cow. These boxes are designed to give customers a balanced variety of premium and everyday cuts, curated so that nothing goes to waste. *Weights are not exact. Nominal variation is normal. In the “rare” event that we are out of a certain cut, we will substitute the missing item with another of equal or greater value.
