Akaushi Wagyu Brisket is a large cut of beef from the cow’s breast. It's known for being highly flavorful and tenderizes beautifully with long, slow cooking methods like braising or smoking. The brisket is divided into two parts: the point cut, which is fattier and ideal for smoking, and the flat cut, which is leaner and often used for braising. NOTE: Ideal for competition events.
